Hi! My name is Cheryl Weaver. This is my 15th year teaching and I am lucky enough to have been at Brookwood for the last 12 of them! I have a passion for working with our students and making sure ALL students reach their full potential. In my role as an ESS teacher I provide literacy and math interventions to ensure students reach their individual as well as classroom goals.
I consider myself a life-long learner and am always looking to improve my craft. In 2012 I received my Ed.S. in curriculum and instruction from Lincoln Memorial University. I also hold an M.ED. in the area of learning disabilities from the University of Georgia. Go Dawgs! I received my bachelors from Miami University in Ohio in elementary education.
This year my whole family is Brookwood Lions, including both of my children! When I'm not playing with my kids, I enjoy reading, swimming, biking and yoga.
